The Love Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit providing prisoner aftercare services formerly incarcerated individuals. The first days after release are critical for establishing a successful reentry and preventing the tendency to reoffend. Our supportive aftercare includes, transitional housing, food, clothing, counseling, transportation and vital services to men and women straight out of prison who would otherwise face homelessness.

Meeting the high demand for our prison aftercare programs is a daunting task. Our goal is to work with reentering citizens, the justice system, and other partners to reduce recidivism, make communities safer, and give our residents the support system they need to get back on their feet and rewrite their futures!
